UK qualified Lawyer (m/w/d) Banking & Finance with focus on Acquisition Finance

To further strengthen our international team in Munich, we are looking for a highly committed associate (3 years PQE+) qualified as a solicitor (m/w/d) in England and Wales, who specializes in the area of Banking & Finance, with a focus on Leveraged Acquisition Finance.

You will:

• advise leading international and national banks, funds and large corporate clients
• gain experience of structuring large financing transactions such as the financing of public or private acquisitions, unsecured corporate lending, bridge lending and infrastructure financings
• work on international transactions where the key finance documents are English law governed, often with a German element. You will also provide English law support to German law deals, such as advice on securing local assets or technical points of law 
• supervise the work of an English trainee, seconded from Clifford Chance London
• become a part of an highly motivated, young, international and energetic team

You have already gained strong experience of banking transactions, ideally in an international law firm, and you are looking for a new challenge. As well as superb academic credentials and fluency in English and German, you have excellent commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset. Furthermore, you are a real team player and can apply both your creativity and expert knowledge on challenging tasks.
